2. Type your name (can be first name only) and e-mail address into the appropriate fields below.  That's all the preliminary information I need -- if you win, I will contact you to find where to send the money.
3. Select the winner for each game (straight up, no point spreads).
4. Enter your best guess for the total points range for Monday Night's game.
5. Press the "Submit" button, and viola!  The person who selects the most winners receives $25.00!  It's that easy!  Note:  all winnings will be paid in US currency.
6. Your entry must be submitted (i.e., received) by the deadline of midnight (PST) on Friday, December 16th, 2005.  No exceptions!  You may only submit one (1) entry per e-mail address; more than one entry will automatically disqualify you.
7. In the event of a tie, the first tiebreaker will be the closest guess on total points for Monday Night's game (predict the range without going over).  In the event there is still a tie, one winner from all tied contestants will be randomly selected (name drawn from a hat!) -- there will be only one winner!
8. TechnoPSYCH!'s decision will be final.  The winner will be announced on TechnoPSYCH!'s Sports Page on Tuesday, December 20th, 2005.  Only your name (first name only), e-mail, and town -- not your mailing address or any other personal information -- will be published.  By entering this contest, you are agreeing to allow your [first] name, e-mail, and city/location to be posted on TechnoPSYCH!'s Sports Page.  The only reason I want to print your name and contact information is for documentation purposes... just in case anyone wonders if I actually paid out... they can contact you for verification that you actually received your winnings!  There is no affiliation between this contest and the NFL or any other individual or entity.  You must be of legal age to participate in this contest, although it is important to note this is not gambling.  There is no wagering on behalf of the entrant.  Rather, this is your job:  to work harder than all of the other individuals who also choose to work hard toward the goal.  Winning depends upon your skill at guessing/predicting winners and the number of entrants.  Look for TechnoPSYCH!'s upcoming NBA Contest (it will actually occur this 05/06 season!).  Thanks to Response-O-Matic for their free forms processing services!
